Ownership comes from the record
Who created it, who last moved it, who replied, who owns the account: facts the apps already recorded.
An unresolvable owner is a question
Assigning work the evidence does not support is the confident wrongness that ends a rollout in week three.
Assigning somebody stops for a person
The Brain proposes the owner, a person accepts, and it can only act as the person who signed in.
Three honest limits
Not a performance system; it ranks nobody.
It cannot see ownership that leaves no trace.
It will not escalate over anyone’s head on its own.
