Mail replies drafted with the context attached
- The Brain reads a mail thread in context and drafts the reply with the open items and the surrounding work attached.
The folder is the container
- One folder holds a client’s documents, sheets, decks, forms and boards, and a question about that client reads the whole folder. Not yet every application.
Deck registers and folder sources
- A deck can be built from the files in a folder, and each number on a slide comes from the source that owns it.
Your systems read continuously
- Connected applications report what they record, a ticket opened, a date moved, an invoice sent, so the morning list reflects this morning.
Standing capability
- One map of how your deals, threads, tickets, documents and people connect, and the ranked morning list with a reason per item.
- Three questions before anyone is interrupted, and the same item is never raised twice.
- Fifteen things it can be asked to do, with a stop in front of send, delete and share.
- It checks a change landed before it says so, and says no when it cannot.
