Credibility
We already pay for a copilot
Keep it: a copilot lives inside one application and cannot notice a change nobody asked about or carry work across systems. If your problem is drafting, do not buy this.
Our estate is not one vendor, it is fifteen years of decisions
That is the normal case, and why this is installed on top rather than as a replacement. What a system records is what the Brain can see, and the Sprint lists the systems that record nothing usable.
We tried an AI pilot last year and it quietly died
Most do, because they answered questions nobody was blocked on, or never touched anything. The first workflow here must cross two systems and have a number somebody already tracks, or the Sprint ends in a no.
Control
We cannot let anything write to our systems
Then start where nothing does: the Sprint connects one system read only, and any later write that sends, deletes or shares stops for a person. If nothing may ever write to your estate, this is not for you.
Our data cannot leave our control
What we can show is mechanism: memory kept inside your company’s own data, and action only as the person who signed in. What we cannot show is a certificate, because we hold none.
Capacity and cost
We do not have the internal team to run this
Almost nobody your size does, and there is no console to staff. The written policy the judgment reads needs an owner; if nobody will own it, do not start.
What happens when you disappear
You keep the code, the data and the system, and the right to fire us and take all of it. That term has been on every build since 2018, across 34 products and 9 sectors.
Prove it before we pay you anything
We will not work for free, so the first paid step is small: two weeks at a fixed fee on a week your systems already recorded. If it says a build will not move your number, you stop.
When you should not buy this
Your problem lives inside one application
Drafting or searching inside one tool is your copilot's job.
A certification is a hard gate for you
We hold none.
Nobody will own the written policy
Judgment reads your documents; if nobody corrects them, it drifts.
You want an integration platform
Two hundred pipes on a schedule: buy one; that comparison is not in our favour.
