Why this is not sold per seat
A seat price assumes the value is a person opening an application; here the value is a handoff that stops being a person, so the unit is the workflow.
A workflow finished, not a licence to try
One workflow, two systems, one team: small enough that being wrong costs eight weeks, large enough to move a number.
Fixed price, quoted before work starts
No day rate, no time and materials tail; the Sprint is the discovery, and it is priced.
Scope creep is our problem
If the work is bigger than we judged, we absorb it; a fixed price with change orders is a day rate in disguise.

The Sprint fee
It depends on which system we connect, so it is quoted after a short call, fixed and in writing.
What it costs to run in month three
Infrastructure plus AI usage, quoted against your own volumes at the end of the Sprint.
A per seat price, or a per connector price
Neither exists; third party connectors are on the roadmap, not started.
What you own at the end
The code
In your repositories, readable by whoever you hire next.
The data
Your records stayed in your systems throughout.
The system
On infrastructure you control, not a tenant in a platform you rent.
The right to fire us and keep everything
No exit fee, no licence that lapses, the same term on every build since 2018.
