What is the Brain, exactly?
WorkElate Chief, the Brain, is one memory across the systems a 200 to 2,000 person company already runs, made by WorkElate and installed by WE_AINA, WorkElate's own studio: it reads what your CRM, mail, tickets and documents already record, judges what needs a person, and asks before it changes anything.
Is this a new application my people have to learn?
No. Nothing is migrated and nobody lives in it; people meet a ranked list in the morning and a request for a yes.
What it does and may change
What happens when nobody types anything into it?
It watches. Each change your systems record is scored, read against the surrounding work, and judged once; what survives reaches you as a ranked list with the reason.
How many times a day will it interrupt someone?
At most 40 an hour company-wide and 5 per person, changed in plain English, and the same item is never raised twice.
What can it actually do, as opposed to say?
Fifteen things, from find and draft to send and assign, reaching 287 actions inside our own apps; 71 of them, everything that sends, deletes or shares, stop for a person.
Can it send an email or delete something on its own?
No. Anything that sends, deletes or shares waits for a person to click yes, and the AI cannot approve its own action.
Where our data goes
Where does our data sit?
It reads what your systems record and writes back only into them; where its memory sits, and for how long, is written into the engagement. See the security page.
Is our data used to train anybody else’s model?
No, and that is a written term in the engagement. What it learns stays inside your own company.
Do you have SOC 2, ISO 27001 or an equivalent?
No, we claim no certification of any kind; if procurement requires one before a pilot, that is a real gap.
Cost, and being wrong
What does it cost?
The Sprint is two weeks at a fixed fee, quoted after a short call; builds are fixed price, $30K to $100K, and scope creep is our problem. The pricing page says what is not priced publicly.
What happens when it is wrong?
Sometimes it will be; because send and delete wait for a person, a wrong judgment costs one declined suggestion, which is remembered.
What if we run it for eight weeks and decide it is not working?
You stop, and keep the code, the data and the system. Nothing was decommissioned, so the downside is one team’s eight weeks.
