We show it staying quiet
A brain that nudges you about everything is the failure mode, so we show what got filtered out.
If it is not a fit we say so
Some operations do not leak enough hours in one workflow to justify a build, and we say so on the call.
Before you book
Do we need to connect anything before the call?
No. To see your own week we connect one system read-only, never with a write credential; otherwise we use a stand-in week shaped like your work.
How long does it take?
Forty five minutes: thirty of the Brain reading a week and you reacting, the rest for what it could not do, and your questions.
Who should be in the room?
One person who owns the workflow, plus whoever can say yes to a two-week Diagnostic Sprint.
What happens to what you see?
A connected system is read-only, so nothing in it changes; what the Brain remembers stays inside your company’s own data. If you do not go ahead, we disconnect and the working data goes with it.
What does the demo cost?
Nothing. The Diagnostic Sprint that follows is two weeks at a fixed fee; builds are fixed price, $30K to $100K, quoted before work starts.
What happens after the call?
A short written note: what the Brain surfaced, what it stayed quiet about, what it could not do, and whether a Sprint is worth your money.
