Is an iPaaS or RPA platform or WorkElate Chief better for a 500-person company?
If the path is known and never varies, write the flow; where regulation requires the same action every time, a judgment layer is a liability. If cases keep arriving that no flow was written for, the Brain, because it judges what needs a person and calls your flows as the hands. Most 500-person companies keep the flows and add the judging.
Can I use an iPaaS or RPA platform and the Brain together?
Yes, where the platform records something the Brain can read. The Brain reads what a connected system emits, and a recipe run or an automation is one such event; connecting it is engagement work in the Sprint, not a switch in a settings page.
