Thursday’s review pulls six items forward
The deck references three numbers, two projects and one open decision. All six move inside a forty-eight hour horizon.

Not prepare for the review, but: the number on slide four is eleven days old, and its source changed.
After the meeting, urgency evaporates
The six items fall back to their own weight. One gained a new date in the room. Nobody turned alarms off.
Three mechanisms
A meeting is a record, not a notification
Calendar events sit in the work graph, the map linking tasks, documents, accounts and meetings, so work can inherit their dates.
Urgency is derived, and it decays
Nothing is stamped urgent. A linked meeting’s nearness is weighed on every read, and after the meeting that input is gone.
Scheduling is still a confirmed action
Booking, moving or cancelling a meeting stops for a person to click yes, and the AI cannot approve its own action.
Three honest limits
It does not hunt for slots or move meetings.
An invitation with no agenda is just a rectangle.
It knows nothing said in the room unless written down.
