The Brain / Capabilities / Record updates
ACTOne date changes everywhere,
and it checks it did.
A date that reaches the plan, the tracker and the forecast through three people is written once, into the system that owns the field, then checked.
One date, three systems, one caught non-update
The change is proposed as one item
Three writes shown together: the milestone date, the dependent review booking, and the cell the client reads.
One confirmation covers the set
Three writes are one change, so one click approves them, and the reason is written alongside the date.
Two writes verify, one is reported
Each write is read back; the sheet write returned success without changing a row, and the reply says so.
Three mechanisms, two about not lying
Reading it back proves the row exists
After a write reports success the record is read again with no AI involved, and provably absent means failed.
A second check catches the empty write
The sentence about to be shown is compared with what the tools returned, so zero rows modified reads as zero.
Both checks fail open, on purpose
Only a claim they can refute with evidence is downgraded; a check that blocks on its own uncertainty gets ignored.
Three honest limits
Not a data quality programme.
It never becomes the system that owns the data.
A verification that abstains is not a guarantee.
