An invoice arrives with only a name
The billing name reads NORTHBEAM GROUP PLC. No account id, no project code, because somebody typed what was in front of them.

One shares an address and a contract reference. One shares a domain on two threads. A dormant folder shares the word.
Two joined, the third left alone
The invoice attaches to the live client. The dormant folder is left out, said aloud, and the lead’s confirmation is remembered.

Account id or contract reference first, then domain, address or an existing edge. A name alone is only a candidate.
Wrong joins cost more than missing ones
