Small on purpose.
Senior by design.
WE_AINA is a product studio built the way we believe every software firm will be built ten years from now: a small senior core, a specialist bench, and a fleet of agents doing the volume work. No pyramid. No juniors learning on your invoice.
WorkElate's AI-Native Agency.
We run on the product we build.
WE_AINA is the agency arm of WorkElate, our AI-native operating system for agencies. Every engagement we deliver runs on WorkElate itself, the same platform, the same agents, the same systems we sell. That is deliberate: an agency that runs its own delivery on its own product has skin in the game no slide deck can fake. Our services revenue funds the company, bootstrapped, no burn clock, and every client engagement doubles as live proof that the product carries real work at commercial stakes.
When we say a workflow can run on agents, it is because ours already do.
Two people are accountable for every engagement. These two.
Chitransh Co-founder, Transformation & Strategy
IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE Mumbai)
Chitransh has spent his career building software inside operating businesses across industries, industrial operations, agencies, logistics, SaaS. Educated at IIM Mumbai (NITIE), he works the way operations people trust: sit inside the business, watch how the day actually runs, find where the hours and money leak, then design the system around reality instead of an org chart. He leads diagnosis, system design and the commercial promise, the fixed price with his name against it.
Pratik Co-founder, Technology & Product
IIT Bombay
Pratik is an IIT Bombay engineer and an expert in technology implementation, product development and software delivery. He architects and builds the agentic platforms, including the multi-quarry dispatch system running 13 sites at RockProsUSA and the verification layer that keeps every agent action inside its guardrails. He leads the build, the agent fleet, and the engineering bar: nothing ships without passing the verify loop.
"We started WE_AINA because we kept watching good businesses lose their evenings to work a machine should do. Every system we ship starts with us sitting in your office, watching how the day actually runs, not a discovery call, an actual chair. If we don't find enough value to build, we tell you that in writing and you keep your money.
You will never be handed to an account manager. It's the two of us, and we answer our own messages."
- Chitransh & Pratik
Behind the two of us: specialists and agents, engaged per build.
We deliberately don't carry a bench of salaried generalists, that's the pyramid we exist to replace. Each build pulls in the exact senior specialists it needs from our working network, working alongside the agent fleet. You always know who is on your project and exactly what they built.
Solutions architect
Systems & integration design for ERP, weighbridge, WhatsApp, portals, whatever your stack actually is.
Data engineer
Pipelines and reconciliation across the messy trio: ERP exports, spreadsheets, machine data.
QA & verification lead
Owns the deterministic verify gates each system must pass before we say "done".
Product designer
The thin, fast interfaces on top of agent systems, built for dispatch offices, not demo days.
Delivery agents
Code generation, testing, documentation, data plumbing, report drafting, the volume work, run under senior review.
Operations agents
The systems we leave running in your business: dispatch, invoicing, AR, reporting, compliance.
The convictions under every engagement
Receipts over trust
Every claim we make carries a number; every agent action carries a log line. If a consultancy asks you to trust its status report, ask who audits the reporter.
Transformation is sitting-in-the-room work
You cannot redesign an operation from an offshore delivery center. Diagnosis happens in your dispatch office, your studio, your finance room.
You own everything
Code, data, system, documentation. Lock-in is a business model, not an accident, and it isn't ours.
Honesty is cheaper than churn
If the Sprint finds nothing worth building, we say so in writing. A client who trusts the "no" comes back with the next real problem.
